Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking Gera Photomax photography services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Services

Gera Photomax provides wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, sagan and engagement coverage, baby and maternity photography, and wedding films across Delhi NCR. Specific deliverables, timelines, and team size are outlined in your individual service agreement.

3. Booking & Deposit

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. Dates are held exclusively for confirmed bookings. The deposit is non-refundable except as stated in our cancellation policy below.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the event date. Late payments may delay delivery of photographs and albums.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• Cancellation within 90 days: deposit is forfeited.
• Rescheduling is subject to team availability and must be requested in writing.

6. Photography Coverage

Our photographers will make every reasonable effort to capture your event as agreed. We are not liable for missed moments due to circumstances beyond our control, including venue restrictions, weather, schedule changes, or guest interference with equipment.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

Gera Photomax retains copyright of all photographs and films. Clients receive a personal-use licence for delivered images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images requires written permission. We may request permission to use select images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

8. Delivery

Digital galleries are delivered within the timeframe specified in your agreement (typically 4–6 weeks). Album production requires additional time. Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate event details, reasonable access to venues and subjects, and a safe working environment for our team. Meal breaks for events exceeding 8 hours should be arranged as per industry standard.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We maintain professional equipment and backup procedures but are not liable for total loss due to catastrophic equipment failure, theft, or acts of God beyond reasonable precautions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
